BMW i8 Coupe

The BMW i8 has had an update for 2018 with a more powerful hybrid engine giving a combined output of 275kW, equivalent to 369bhp.

The BMW i8 performance is swift with a 0-62 mph time of 4.4 seconds and a limited maximum speed of 155 mph.

The electric only range has also increased to 34 miles. Combined maximum range is 274 miles. Charging on a 3.7kw charging point will take less than 2 hours.

This supercar from BMW combines a powerful electric motor with a 1.5 litre, 3 cylinder petrol engine. With head-turning futuristic design and its dihedral lifting doors it is one of the best looking EVs on the market. However these super-car performance and looks come with a hefty price tag, starting at just over £115,105 before any added extras.
