									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If the cost of batteries is £25,000 for a 240 mile range car, there is little appetite for adding another bank of batteries to a hybrid until the cost reduces significantly, meanwhile it is cheaper to extend the number of charging points ( I average over 70% of my travelling to ‘engine off’ mode a few more points and I can hit over 80%.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I get 90mpg based on 72% electric use, 2p per mile on off peak, 4p on peak, local council provides free charging while at work &#8211; happy days. Use a proper plug and socket (provided)  rather than the well made but slow 13amp option provided with car. Very satisfied with car.</p>
